We are a small home based company, we answer our own phones and we are always happy to help you. We do not charge extra for support, advice or help.

The best way to preview our support and understand what we can offer is to give us a call. See if we are available or how long it takes to get help and how friendly the help really is.

We do ask everyone to understand we are a small company and we may need to give you a call back. We understand how much people hate leaving messages, but we will return calls when you leave one.

Our phone number and office hours are at the top of every page. We are happy to guide you though features in our demo website, discuss what our system offers and if it is a good fit for your business.

We built the entire system ourselves, so we know how it works and can support our customers with relatively high levels of competence. We don't work from user guides or read instructions back to you, we will walk you through step by step how to understand features that are confusing. We don't have help time limits or supervisors peering over our shoulder telling us to cut the call short.

Our personal help is one reason our system is growing faster than any other hosting company online. We give the average person the keys that would normally prohibit them from operating a successful online business. It only takes one roadblock to shut down a business. We make sure when you get there we can guide you though it.

If we are not available we also have a searchable help section with over 200 pages of details about each of the programs on our system from editing pages to setting up the shopping cart and even resizing images to fit pages.
