how to use the website building tools.
This help page is only to help
you get set up on the pageBuzz system and answer any questions
you may have about how the system works, signing up, features or
signed up, and can login but can not access your website.
Do you own the
domain? You must own the domain name you
signed up with. If you do not own it, you cannot have a
website at that address.
configure the DNS at your registrar? You
must set up the name server info with your registrar to
redirect requests to pageBuzz. Once you do that, it can
take up to 24 hours for the update to take effect.
Has it been at
least 24 hours since you purchased the domain?
If you just purchased the domain using pageBuzz domain
sales, it can take up to 24 hours for newly registered
domains to be added to the whois registry. If it has been
more than 24 hours, contact support for assistance.
transferring a website from an alternate hosting company
and do not have any idea what any of this means.
You will need to contact us, preferably by phone. We can
look up the registrar and domain status and work with you
to make the move. It's not a big deal, we do it every day.
There are several options in most cases but can usually
be resolved in 1 to 7 days (worst case).
Problem: The system
wont let me signup.
How do I Login in to
manage my website? All websites are managed from pageBuzz.com.
You will find a login form on the left side of every
page. Simply type in your username and password and you can
access your website management console. If you are no able to
access the management console click here for additional login help.
How much will this
cost? Our system is $19.99 per month or more technically
a 30 day billing cycle. You only need to pay one month at a time
and we do not offer any additional services. The most you can pay
us for website hosting is $19.99 each month. No hidden surprises.

just call you?
Of course you can call us. If you have additional questions you
can call us between 10AM and 10PM Eastern Time 7 days a
week. Keep in mind, we are a small home based
business not a discount megahost with paid phone answering people,
so if we do not answer, leave a message and we will call you back
asap. Our phone number is posted at the top of all the pages
of our website and in the management console as well as in all
the e-mails we send, it should be very accessible.
Hosting Policy and
Terms of Service - Our policy outlines our
responsibilities to you and your obligations to us if you decide
to use our equipment and software to host your website. In
summary it says you can cancel at any time and you are not
allowed to try to hack into our servers or use our servers for
illegal activity, but in a more legalized and professional manner.
