We run offsite server monitoring software that we have created that checks each server in the network every few minutes for uptime, performance and errors. That means even if our primary system administrator sleeping, shopping or at a football game he will be notified and immediately correct the problem remotely. If the error cannot be corrected remotely our datacenter is staffed 24 hours a day with technicians that can replace servers and correct network problems that require actual hands on attention.

That is an easy answer which can be answered with another question. If the google search is so great why don't the big companies just do the same thing and make lots of money?
