originally set up as a "Do it yourself"
website system. But after years of seeing people struggle, even
with our help, we have decided to try something new. We
are doing it for you, free!

Rather than having new
customers struggle through the initial set up, figure out what to
do and pull their hair out for hours on end, we have decided to
offer a FREE basic website design with each new website hosting
account at our regular rate of $19.99/month.
We will work with you, use
your logo, colors and content to create the initial website
design. Something you can be proud to show your customers.
Something that can grow with your business and make you visible
online.
Now, that does not mean you
are off the hook and we are going to do everything for you.
We can't build the
entire website on our own, we need your help, your information,
pictures and files. We need you to login and write
information about your business, upload the images you want to
use and decide what you need to have on your website.
Once you do that, we can take
it from there. We will create a cohesive look that ties it all
together. We will create the graphics, add a titlespace, add in
some features like slideshows and modify the pages you have
created to fit with the look of your website.
We will work with you to add
calendars, ecommerce or other features that your business may
need (e.g., forms, photo gallery, blog, etc.).
We will take your ideas and
your vision and turn it into a professional design.
Obviously, we don't know
anything about your business, so you have to provide those
details. We only have so much time, so we also can't learn your
business to build you a website. So, we only take what you
provide and make it look great. To help you figure out what to

We will do the design, but not
the content building. We won't come to your office and take
pictures, if you want that on the website, you will need to take
pictures and send them to us.
Our goal is to help you get
your message across to your customers. Other companies might
build everything for you, but how can they get your message
across when they don't know what that is supposed to be? Do you
want the website to reflect you or them?
In reality, you are the expert
on your business and if you're not, well, getting a website is
the last thing you need to worry about right now.
So, you have to be the one to
write the information for your pages.
Of course this is a limited
time offer and with our current resources we can only do a
limited number of websites. This means you need to provide us
with what we need quickly and be ready to give us feedback and
work with us to get the site done in a reasonable amount of time.
We will spend as much time as
needed within reason. Typically we have spent 5 to 15 hours on
each website, but we will not spend more than 20 hours. This
would normally cost you a couple of thousand dollars if you were
working with another company.
So consider this a
once in a lifetime offer.
We do have some conditions:
To justify the
work we are doing we ask that you promise us you will
stay with us for 1 year.
Because we can't
possibly do 100 designs a day, we have to require you to
have the content in our hands to do the design within 2
weeks of signing up. We will work with you to get what we
need, show you how to add text to pages, etc., but after
2 weeks, we either work with what you have or you will
need to handle the design and organization yourself. We're
sure you understand that we can't let hundreds of these
pile up, we have to complete them as they come in or we
would have a severe back log and new customers would be
waiting months instead of days.
We try to have the
websites done within a few days. Some might be overnight,
some might be a week or more. When you get into design,
it is an art project, so we can't really guess how long
it will take to create something. Sometimes ideas are
easy and sometimes we need a few days to come up with a
design. Often this comes down to the vision you have for
your website, the kinds of sample websites you provided,
and your color scheme. (But don't worry too much, we're
pretty good at this.)
We will make minor
tweaks to the website to fit your vision, but we can only
devote so much time to your design. (This is why it is so
important for you to pull the information together and be
ready with your ideas.) We reserve the right to limit, in
our sole and absolute discretion, the number of tweaks we
will make.
We are only interested
in serious customers and business owners. At this time,
the offer is not available to anyone without an
existing business. We reserve the right to limit this
offer, in our sole and absolute discretion, to businesses
that we feel will be long term customers. We also reserve
the right to choose not to do business with you for any
reason.
If you cancel your
account within a year, then we reserve the right to use
the design (together with the content and domain name, if
applicable) as a sample website or sell it to another
customer. This is not something we want to do. But, as we
mentioned, we are only interested in working with people
who are just as serious about their business as we are
about ours. So, if you have no plans to be in business
for longer than a year, then our service is not the right
fit for you.

you will have full access, to make changes, add more pages and so
on.
We will help you along the way
as you add to the website hopefully over the coming years. We can
work with you buy phone or you can watch the videos that are
available for most of the tools. (Just click on the TV icon next
to the tool!)
Make sure that you give some
thought for the future and talk to us about the future plans for
your website. The pageBuzz system is generally very flexible -
you can add up to 1,000 pages, plus 2,500 items in the shopping
cart, 200 cars in the car dealer management section, etc. - but,
we want to make sure we build a design for you that will allow
you to easily expand your website. So, for example, if we build a
design with 5 menu buttons and no room for more, that would be a
problem for you when you want to expand.
So if you plan on adding 100
pages later, please let us know so that we can consider that in
our design.
Everyone thinks that a website
is just as simple as, hire a webmaster and 5 pages later you are
in business. But that could not be further from the truth. You
will build new pages, write articles and add content regularly.
You will make changes and updates often. The website will grow
and evolve with your business.
For a website to have any
value it needs to be current and up to date with your products
and services.
Back in 1999, you could have a
static 5 page website, but not today. Now you need more
information, more detail, more pop.
People depend on your website
for information, prices and help.
If you install furnaces, you
need to have pages explaining how to use them, light them, and
trouble shoot basic problems. You can't get away with 1 page of
prices and a phone number.
Would you buy your products
from suppliers like that?
Consider this. Would you buy a

So our focus is to create a
starting point for you, something you can build on and that
