You want to know how
our shopping cart stacks up against the others. Honestly, we have
most of them beat in almost all instances.
Since we are website
programmers and software developers, not merchants, our programs

options each with 2 additional fields for text for

activated to deduct items when sold.

indexing and search options are included as default displays as
well as the web 2.0 estore which is the most popular option. With
multiple display options and advanced options for developers the
number of looks that can be achieved is endless.
One of the biggest
time saving features is that when you upload an image, it resizes
the image to fit the page and makes the smaller image for the
thumbnail gallery automatically. That feature saves you hours of
exhaustive image resizing and thumbnail building.
The shopping cart is
database driven so it is easily updated and even includes
standard import function that allows you to upload a data file
and populate or modify 2500 items at once. The data driven model
also allows developers and webmasters to build custom layouts to
format pages, so changing the look or design is a snap.
Extensive shipping
options allow you to choose standard postal, ups or fedex rates
or create your own rate tables based on price, quantity or cost.
Additional features such as in store pickup and flat rate values
allow for flexible shipping charges on each order.
The cart also allows
you to collect credit cards using a merchant account or through
Paypal. Realtime processing via the Authorizenet Gateway provides
the most reliable and cost effective solution for vendors with
merchant accounts..
Secure server access
from e-commerce-inc.com allows encrypted transactions and viewing
of invoices and secured data. Invoices stored on the secure
server and can be accessed from any location.
A complete affiliate
marketing system that allows you to accept affiliate signups and
pay a percentage of your sales for referrals. The affiliate
program is an advanced feature that can dramatically change your
growth allowing you to compete with much larger business with
deeper pockets.
How about vendors
that sell to wholesale accounts. We have a compete wholesale
management section that allows wholesale discounts or unique
pricing with a wholesaler login using the same shopping cart. No
need to build a seperate wholesale site, our cart will manage
both from the same interface.
The cart allows for
flexible layouts and is easy to modify the design to the style
you desire. Anyone can modify the exsiting html of any of the
layouts to make subtle changes or create new and exciting designs
unique to your own website.
Extensive checkout
page settings to maximize conversions into sales. There is also a
pay later option which allows you to take orders online and let
people mail you check or money order to complete the sale.
Other features
include coupon code discounts that can be redeemed by customers
and gift certificates that can be purchased online and used
online.
The cart is designed
for small businesses. If you have more than 2500 items to post
online you will need a bigger system. The pageBuzz cart is not
designed to manage tens of thousands of records. Since we have
very few customers in that category we keep the cart simple and
easy to use and most efficient for small merchants.
It is probably the
most powerful cart in its size class while still being the
easiest cart to manage at least according to our customers. And
of course if you don't understand how to do something help is
just a phone call or email away.
The cart has grown
and grown based on feedback from our clients and the end users.
With more than 10 years of regular updates the cart has become
one of the most developed programs available. It is probably the
center of our hosting product with a majority of our custoomers
running ecommerce stores.
You will be hard
pressed to find any other cart with the development that ours has
undergone. It continues to grow based on new technology and ideas.
