Custom Database Program

Most people will never need or understand how to use a database to drive pages but almost all webmasters and developers will not only understand, they will require it.

A database is an important part of any website. For one that is customer managed and webmaster designed, it will benefit greatly by using a database to drive informational pages. This lets the owner make updates without impacting design or worrying about design elements.

We have built in a ready to go customizable database that can hold 2500 records with up to 30 fields each or 75,000 total data fields.

The program comes with a complete search that can return summary results with multiple pages and links to complete data pages with all the populated fields. Or the search can display all 30 data fields in each record displayed.

The program is in complete control of the webmaster who can build templates using the replacement strings for each data field so data can be displayed in any possible manner. There are no design limitations to the display pages other than those imposed by your own data requirements.

The website owner or manager can use the online tools to update single records or fields, add new and remove old records and even update all 2500 records by uploading a new delimited datafile. Other tools such as export allow the download of the datafile to be managed on outside programs such as Excel or Open Office and then uploaded back to the website.

The database has unlimited applications and can be used in any instance where you need customers or visitor searchable data records.
