The whole point of a website is to deliver real time information to customers. What is more important that a calendar or schedule to do just that?

We offer several different calendars for your website.

The main calendar is a basic full page calendar with some basic management tools and settings. This calendar works well for businesses and organizations that have the same events every week or month. The next calendar available for our websites is the rental or availability calendar. This calendar is designed for one application and that is to show available dates using color codes. The colors are set by the webmaster and the calendar can be listed in 2 formats with varied sizes from full page to very small.

The calendar can list up to 100 rooms, properties or items for rent in one calendar as shown below.

Or the calendar can be used on each items page to show just the availability of the specific item or property.

These calendars are used by equipment rental companies, property rentals, banquet halls, dj, photographer or any service that books by the day. They are highly configurable and have many settings but still remain easy o use.

The last type of calendar is our simple calendar. this is a hybrid of the 2 other calendars and allows different sizes, colors and setting. It also allows up to 20 unique calendars that can all display unique things.

The reason we call it the simple calendar is that you can click in any day and type the information you want to appear. This is the easiest calendar to manage but each calendar entry must be made manually. These calendars are used by nail salons, massage therapists, tutors, music teachers and many others.

The simple website calendar is simple to use and manage but has the most flexibility as far as editing and management. It is the newest of the calendars and the most efficient. As we develop new website calendars and technology they keep getting better. Each of the calendars has unique applications so we maintain all of them as options for our customers.
