I have read hundreds of pages
of step by step instructions on how to set up a business, there are
more kits being offered than there are businesses starting up. Everyone
has the answer but the answers are coming from people that make money
by offering advice, most of which is BAD.
We, on the other hand are a
small home based business that has generated millions of dollars in
revenue and would like to offer our help in getting you in the right

website for forms and information on setting up your DBA, Tax Numbers
and filing paperwork and getting free help. Most states include a down
loadable PDF instruction booklet that outlines the exact process with
the forms you need to file. They will also usually have a toll free
number that you can call for more information.
Your tax dollars support the
state agencys and they are there to help you. Do not get suckered into
buying a startup package from an outside source that may not have
correct information when the current info is available for free.
Keep in mind that each state
and every municipality have different laws and requirements, so
reference your state website directly rather than taking general
knowledge from online bloggers about the legal aspects of business.
Taking advice from the wrong person can get you in legal trouble and
land your business in the trash can before you even get started.
It's not that difficult and in
most cases you can set up everything in one day, open a bank account
and be a legit business when you wake up the next morning.
