Affiliates Link Page

I see this over and over and over. A five page website where one of the pages is an affiliate page full of 50 banners linking to some affiliate program.

Now maybe its just me being stupid. But who could think that anyone is going to find the page and scroll down through a page of advertisements to click on a banner to then search that site to buy a product so you can get a commission?

Every time I see this I laugh. It makes me realize there is one more of the affiliate marketers I am not really competing with. They are just wasting time and in time will think there is no money to be made in affiliate marketing.

It is a big joke if anyone thinks that is the way to market products. It is going to take more than a wheres waldo page of banners to make cash.

To think, the person went and signed up for countless affiliate programs, copied and pasted the banner code and spend how many hours reviewing each program and reading their website.

If they spent some of that time building a website they might have some success. If they build one page for each product, say a review of the product and an explanation of why the reader should use the product or service, then they might stand a chance of getting a click or two.

But they don't, they just paste banners on a page making no effort at all. They will read countless articles like this one explaining how to make money, but they will never take the time to build their own pages. NO, they want the easy way out. Buy a website for $20 and paste a banner or two on the page and wait for the cash to pile up.

Same story, different affiliate marketer. Over and over again, the herds of lazy people take the shortcuts in search of the easy cash.

Look people, you just can't be that foolish. You don't really expect anyone to click on those banners do you?
