As far as getting help from them, good luck! They have an online e-mail system that takes between 3 and 14 days to get a response. So don't hold your breath.

On the other hand, the checks are generated on time without any issues. The datafeeds are generated each week automatically and they provide convienient access. The system is highly automated (thank God) and very easy to use. Although reports fall short and specific tracking is almost impossible. However, you always get paid.
