business, there are more kits being offered than there
are businesses starting up. Everyone has the answer but

states include a downloadable PDF instruction booklet
that outlines the exact process with the forms you need
to file. They will also usually have a toll free number
that you can call for more information.

support the state agencys and they are there to help you.
Do not get suckered into buying a startup package from an
outside source that may not have correct information when
the currect info is available for free.
Keep in mind that each
state and every municipality have diffrent laws and
requirements, so reference your state website directly
rather than taking general knowledge from online bloggers
about the legal aspects of business. Taking advice from
the wrong person can get you in legal trouble and land
your business in the trash can before you even get
started.
It's not that
difficult and in most cases you can set up everything in
one day, open a bank account and be a legit business when
you wake up the next morning.
